Program & Development Director Andrew brings a rich background in ministry, mission work, and cross-cultural service to his role. Raised in western Pennsylvania, he spent many years serving in youth ministry with the United Methodist Church before dedicating more than two decades to cross-cultural missions in Europe and North America with Alongside Ministries International. His experience is grounded in both practical leadership and academic study, including a B.A. in history from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.A. in World Missions and Evangelism from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Before joining Ingalls Creek, Andrew served with the Czech Evangelical Alliance in Prague, Czech Republic. He is especially passionate about helping people understand how they are designed so they can live with clarity and purpose. Outside of his work, Andrew enjoys history, music, and time in the outdoors, and he especially loves discovering new places and new foods with his wife, Amy.
