I have always been drawn to the edges — to the places where the conventional meets the marginal, and where the seen and unseen worlds touch.
Over the years, I have learned from many edgewalkers. I have travelled into the heart of the Amazon, been guided by Indigenous communities, and worked with teacher plants and fungi. I have also journeyed into the lands of my Ancestors, deepened a daily yoga practice, and spent time communing with trees, around fires, and in prayer lodges.
Community has been a profound source of wisdom for me. At the same time, I have known the power of travelling alone, and of finding my way through darkness by listening to inner knowing.
Through this life as a journeyer, I have gathered tools, practices, and insights that support my purpose: accompanying individuals and groups on their inward and outward journeys.
I bring more than 15 years of experience with plant medicines and psychedelics, including work with an international organisation focused on policy, best practice, conservation, and human rights.
I am also a practitioner of systemic and family constellations, a therapeutic approach that helps reveal hidden dynamics within families and wider systems, so greater vitality can flow. I am in service to wholeness.
I work best with people who are open to exploring the deeper dynamics of their lives, relationships, and systems. Those who are curious, self-reflective, and willing to engage in experiential, holistic approaches — such as systemic constellations and mind-body practices — often benefit most from my sessions.
I also support people navigating complexity, transitions, or recurring patterns in personal, family, or professional life, especially when they are ready to connect with inner resources, ancestral lineage, and a broader sense of purpose.
I am especially drawn to those who want to expand their sense of possibility, deepen their connection to self, community, and ancestry, and explore new perspectives. This includes people preparing for or integrating psychedelic or plant medicine journeys, moving through life transitions, or seeking more clarity and flow in relationships, work, and creativity.
While I feel comfortable supporting people engaging with many forms of psychedelic or plant medicine, I have particularly deep knowledge of ayahuasca and its wider context.
We are shaped by many systems in life — family, work, school, community, and friends. Like the tails of a peacock feather, each thread represents a system we belong to, and each one influences us in ways we may not always see.
Systemic constellations, also known as family constellations, is a facilitated, experiential practice that helps us sense into these systems, illuminate hidden dynamics, and support the shifts needed to restore balance.
I offer systemic constellations as a modality that can support preparation and integration for psychedelic and plant medicine journeys, as well as help navigate complexity and challenging dynamics within the medicine community or in personal, work, and family life.
By bringing in a systemic perspective, we move beyond an individual-only view and open to a wider understanding of health and well-being.
Each session begins with a dialogue to clarify your intention and shape a question or area of exploration. From there, we identify the essential elements of the system — which may include people, places, parts of ourselves, archetypes, or other relevant elements.
These elements are then represented in a dynamic map that reveals an external picture of an internal relationship system. In group work, this may involve human representatives; in 1-1 work, it may use figures, floor markers, or guided visualization.
Through this process, hidden patterns and underlying dynamics can become visible. Because we work with the broader intelligence of the field, shifts may happen quickly, supporting a gentle process of change and integration.
Constellations can be especially supportive when facing complex issues that do not have simple solutions. They may help with:
