Andi completed her training at VCMT in April 2024. Her approach is holistic, curious, and grounded in science, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive space where each client can explore their goals in a way that feels personal and achievable. She recognizes the body as complex and deeply interconnected, and believes pain, stress, and trauma are carried differently from person to person rather than in a straight line.
Her treatments draw on a range of manual techniques, including breathwork, deep tissue work, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage. Andi is especially interested in TMJ dysfunction, nervous system regulation, scar tissue breakdown, chronic pain, and chronic headaches. In her final semester at VCMT, she completed an in-depth 10-treatment case study examining the connection between TMJ dysfunction and the frequency of tension headaches.
Before entering massage therapy, Andi graduated from Sheridan College of Arts and Design and spent several years living in London, UK before moving to Vancouver in 2020. Outside of her practice, she enjoys yoga, is an enthusiastic road cyclist, and loves to travel. She has visited 25 countries across 5 of 7 continents.
