Amy has been dedicated to yoga since her teenage years, when she first encountered the heart-opening practice of bhakti yoga and the quiet depth of meditation. Guided by a lifelong desire for spiritual growth, she has explored what it means to live with truth, presence, and a genuine connection to the natural world.
Her teaching comes from an embodied place — honest, grounded, and full of life. Each class is shaped as a poetic journey, inviting students to soften into the body, listen inward, release what feels heavy, and reconnect with the wisdom already within. Inspired by the rhythms and cycles of nature, her offerings blend movement, stillness, breath, and devotion to support deep transformation and self-connection.
Deeply committed to women’s empowerment and the healing power of community, Amy regularly facilitates women’s circles and workshops at Free Flow Yoga. Her work honors the sacredness of being human — both light and shadow — and gently reminds us that awareness, intention, and love can guide us back into harmony with ourselves and the earth.
