Dear women of the world,

2020 is a year where I am supporting my clients to prioritize REST. Because rest is important for our menstrual cycles (and all other cycles we move through). There is a rhythm to our cycles -- every phase got its pace. However, in our fast linear societies, where hustle is the norm, paces of our cycle phases don’t always get to be respected or acknowledged.

Our cyclical nature is the core of our health and well-being.

No other retreat in the world combines scientific + medical knowledge with the subtle + mystical ways of our bodies. We need to combine the science and the subtle, the mystical and the mundane to offer the full-spectrum wellness and health our bodies so deeply deserve.

Join me to the island of Siargao to slow down and remember the pace of your cycle phases. I chose this island specifically because it is super quiet (they say it is what Bali used to be like in the 90s) and the pace isn’t polluted by the rhythms of wild and noisy tourism.

I am inviting you to rediscover your own body’s rhythms and how you can support your well-being by following the pace of your body’s cycles and phases’ paces.

Hop on over to my website to learn more.

Honey in the Heart,
and all good to your cyclical well-being,

Iris Josephina
