Nikki Martin
Nikki is a 200hr E-RYT yoga teacher. As a teacher, she has become passionate about providing space, permission, and guidance for her students to connect with and listen to their bodies and what they might need at the moment while still challenging them to step into, or out of, discomfort when it serves.

To that compassionate teaching style she adds her love of fiery and challenging vinyasa yoga, arm balances and playful transitions, and the time and space to land, experience the breath and be present in the body despite the distractions of the mind.

She is a full-time yoga teacher, Lululemon Ambassador, and a writer has just released her first fictional novel and that creative side often shows up in her classes and what she speaks to and offers.

Liseanne MacPherson
Liseanne is a 200hr YT and RMT who loves to make a creative vinyasa sequence, finds joy in deep restorative yoga, loves pranayama breathing, providing safe hands-on assists and adjustments in all her classes and so much more.

While her practice has grown over time, she has maintained a consistent focus on alignment, breath, and a holistic approach to how yoga can benefit her students.

With her background as a registered massage therapist (2006), she not only aware but uses her deep understanding of anatomy to facilitate a deeper connection with Body.

She is a yoga teacher that truly embodies all that is yoga; continual curiosity, a passion to learn and grow, and a willingness to engage in self-study, which translates in her teaching and shows up in all of her classes.
