Summary

4 days and 3 nights of recharging amongst nature whilst immersing yourself in yoga, meditation and philosophy, and indulging in fresh, locally sourced Moroccan cuisine.

Enliven yourself with our daily Middle Path yoga classes, for all levels. A morning, energising sequence to kick start our day, and a restorative, yin practice for winding down in the evenings..

A relaxing break, 3 nights, fully inclusive. All of our food is seasonal, locally sourced, and cooked fresh, in house, by our very own chefs.

Guided, group meditations and Middle Path Philosophy talks full of tips and knowledge for you to take with you and inspire your daily practice at home.

Wind down, relax and allow us to nurture you. A member of our team will collect you from the airport, and drop you back at the end of the retreat, fully recharged.

Jess
After being diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis, as a child, I took it in my stride to heal my condition holistically and stop taking my cocktail of western medicines. Doctors said I would lose my mobility at a very young age.

I moved to Thailand at 19 and began logging my experiences of different cultures, teachings, and lifestyles. I soon learnt that, if others could share these experiences, they would also have an opportunity to get an understanding of their suffering and choose to overcome it.

I have been on a travelling, self-study mission since 2010 and ‘middle path movement’ and ‘evolution’ have become my tools for sharing. Soon ‘the butterfly awakening’, my first book, will be added to the collection.

In the past two years I have been working on retreats and yoga teacher training courses, and earlier this year I took my first group of students to Everest base camp. It is an honor to be teaching alongside Thea on this retreat, and I cannot wait for many more to come!

Thea
At a young age, I was already interested in health and well-being. Having experienced recurrent health problems, it was only natural for me to study sport and health at university.

It was during the stressful times of exams that I found yoga and other relaxation techniques. I was able to use these methods to cope with the intense pressures. These interests later brought me to travel across Asia to learn more about these Eastern techniques. I ended my journey in India, where I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training course and was able to dive deeper into the practice and begin sharing my knowledge amongst students.

Now I expand my teaching of Sports into the magical worlds of Yoga. I teach in India and France and find nothing more fulfilling than being able to share what has helped me so much.
