Reiki Master, Women Circles Facilitator, Theta Healer, and Yin Yoga Guide

Tea is an ERYT - 250 hour Yoga Alliance Yin instructor, Reiki Master, Angelic Reiki, and Theta Healing practitioner. Tea started her inner journey in 2007 after a random book fell off the shelf in front of her, in one of the largest bookstores in Singapore. It turned out the book wasn't so random and it hit the sweet spot with the title ‘Having It All’ by John Ashraff.

‘Speaking our Truth offers an immense sense of freedom and relaxation. With Reiki and Theta Healing we can create a space in which we are able to recognize and remember our own Uniqueness. Reiki works through our energetic body reconnecting with the intelligence of our Heart, while Theta Healing engages our mind in theta brain wave state, remembering our Inner Child and touching the knowingness of our Soul.

Reflection comes in different shapes and forms. By recognizing a form that sits well with the Self, we create a chance to look into the subconscious levels of our existence and pinpoint what really matters or what drains us in our daily lives.'

Joelle Beyrouthy

A passionate seeker of new life experiences, some of these come in the shape of Yoga, Mindfulness, Qi Gong and Meditation.

Joelle is an ERYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance instructor, certified PT, Mindfulness facilitator, certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and Positive Psychology Life Coach from Canada. She has been practising yoga for over 22 years and has been teaching in the UAE for the last 7 years. As a dedicated yogini and meditation practitioner, she wants to share her passion and the wonderful health benefits of yoga and meditation to help people.

Joelle appreciates teaching a more traditional yoga style, her basis is Hatha Yoga with some variations and inspirations drawn from her background in martial arts and physical fitness that she enjoys incorporating at times into a flowing asana sequence.

Her teaching methodology encourages self-challenge while maintaining a full awareness of the body energetic prana or chi and the observance of mind fluctuations. Her students enjoy her compassionate approach which makes her classes ideal for all levels. As an adept of meditation and mindfulness, you can always expect a meditation practice.
