Summary

We invite you to a women’s retreat dedicated to the spirit and grace of Bali.

By learning to listen and discern our inner landscape, we deepen intuition, clarity and learn to find balance and harmony in our lives.

We will weave our sacred circle at Bagus Jati, staying in luxurious villas on hillside gardens overlooking lush bamboo forests in the highlands outside of Ubud.

In addition to circle time and yoga, we will journey through the countryside to a traditional Balinese village visiting temples and meeting local artisans.

Another day, we will visit Ubud where we will have free time to explore the monkey forest, art galleries and the crafts market.

Our last day, we will learn how to make traditional flower offerings for a purification ritual and blessing ceremony at a nearby temple and waterfalls where we will immerse ourselves in the purest water in Bali.

Her devotion is to help women inhabit their bodies with loving-attention and respect, inviting us to respond intuitively to our inner wisdom. Lisa is an Ayurvedic healer and does personal retreats focusing on one’s essential self and living in harmony. She lives in the Yucatan, Mexico at Luum Ayni, a centre that embraces permaculture, sustainability and yoga.
