A wonderful weekend to bring you a sense of calm, peace, creativity and inspiration. We have designed this retreat to enable you to fully get away from the busy and often stressful routine of daily life and enjoy the beautiful Cotswolds.

You will be able to enjoy Yin Yoga classes, Hiking, and Artful Mind Workshop alone with a Homeopathy and Naturopathy and Nutrition Workshop plus wholesome nutritious food all weekend with time out for reflection.

The aim is to send you home relaxed, de-stressed, focused, centered, inspired and with a great sense of well-being.

Karine Gazarian
Karine is a clinical neuroscientist, who spent over a decade exploring the plasticity of the human brain. She has worked in laboratories in England, Canada, and the United States and gained her Ph.D. at the Institute of Neurology, University College London in 2016. Karine lives in the Cotswolds with her partner and two young children.

Her deep belief that arts education is vital for the developing mind and wellbeing of children and adolescents has led her to create Artful Mind workshops.

Annie Hutchison
My interest in Homeopathy started when my eldest daughter had recurrent ear infections and glue ear at the age of three. The doctor suggested operation for the insertion of grommets. I felt that this wouldn't get to the root cause of the problem so I explored Homeopathy. My daughter had homeopathic treatment and the problems with glue ear and ear infections cleared up. All three of my daughters have been brought up with Homeopathy and have had very little in the way of conventional medicine.

As a nurse, I saw people being treated as disease labels rather than as individuals. I feel it is important, vital even, to treat people holistically, which means treating the person as a whole. I realized that it is important to get to the cause of the disease (or dis-ease) gently and safely. Homeopathy aims to stimulate the body's natural system of healing.

I became a Registered Professional Homeopath with the Society of Homeopaths in 2000. Having completed a four-year course at the Yorkshire School of Homeopathy.

Nicky Skea
My name is Nicky, I am a registered Nutritional Therapist & Naturopath, specializing in natural health and food state supplements. I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and have a particular interest in Ayurvedic medicine and herbs. I have been fortunate enough to have had some inspiring teachers along the way and seen some incredible healings.

My passion and enthusiasm for nutrition started in my late teens, in my allotment, growing organic food and juicing. This continued later in life, after ignoring the signs my body was giving me, I suffered a burnout. and struggled with my personal health issues. With the help of some extraordinary natural therapists and my knowledge of nutrition, I started a transformational shift, to heal my body and restore my health and my confidence. I am still healing and have a strong desire to continue my knowledge about plants and Ayurveda. I believe the digestive tract and its function might be the single most important component in our body that determines health or disease.

As it turned out, my health problems actually gave me the gift of time to heal and my dream is to give you an insight to fulfil your own pote

Roisin Wood
My name is Roisin Wood I am a fully qualified yoga instructor. I have been teaching for over 5 years. I am passionate about yoga as I believe the practice improves physical, spiritual, and mental health.

On a personal level, it brings me peace, clarity and wellbeing. It gives me a strong ethical foundation to build on and it keeps me active. On a teaching level, it brings me dedication, focus, compassion and a strong desire to empower people to empower themselves.

Yin yoga is a particularly delicious and vital ingredient to empowerment as it really takes people on an inner journey of self-discovery. It helps to balance body and mind (yin and yang). The practice requires slow steady breathing which nourishes our organs with prana(chi). By holding the poses for longer periods of time our muscles start to relax and then the magic happens.

In December 2019 I completed a 200-hour yin yoga training course in Ibiza which was both wonderful and challenging, nourishing and energising. I now feel so excited about having this opportunity to teach what I have recently learnt.
