Join us for a fun weekend of mindful activities, meditation and yoga.

Learn how to manage your stress levels and bring calm to the busyness of life whilst developing a greater awareness of yourself and the messages your body is sending you as well as a greater awareness of others.

Situated in a beautiful countryside location between Rock and Padstow and just a 10-minute walk from the picturesque village of Wadebridge.

This retreat is for anyone wanting a relaxing break from everyday life and who is looking for some stress management tools to help them in their busy lives.

What you'll take away from this weekend is a renewed sense of awareness of yourself and your body such as the messages it is sending you including helping you to cope in any stressful situation you may find yourself in.

Our sessions are fun and suitable for beginners. You'll get to experience mindfulness for extended periods of time such as 'The Gift'.

Having 20 years experience in meditation I qualified as a mindfulness meditation teacher at the beginning of 2019 as well as qualifying as a yoga teacher.

I'm also a reiki master and run retreats throughout the UK and Spain.
