This Yoga retreat offers a variety of yoga classes, which will ride the rhythm of the experience. From energetic, strong moving flows that support strength and flexibility, to deep relaxation and meditation.

In between yoga classes is your opportunity to create your own adventure. During this Exhale Yoga Retreat spend some free time solo or with new friends, relaxing on the beach, swimming in the ocean or pool, reading or napping in a hammock, enjoying a massage or an excursion.

This Exhale Yoga Retreat will be a transformational experience lead by Yoga Teachers Rachel Wainwright and Ja Pace. The retreat is designed to take you through a journey of transformation to the core essence of who you truly are.

Each morning will be Vinyasa Yoga and evening Yin Yoga. We mindfully plan each yoga class to build on one another and to ultimately deepen your yoga practice and connect within.

Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and offer modifications and assists. We strongly encourage beginner yogis to join us, as this Yoga Retreat is a wonderful opportunity to find the inspiration to begin a personal practice. For experienced yogi's, this is a great place to deepen your existing practice and continue to grow.

She combines her dance, pilates, and yoga training to create creative fluid flows that strengthen the body, empower the mind, and uplift the spirit.

Ja Pace
Ja is pure love, a visionary, yogi, dancer, musician, film-maker, and an authentic artist. She knows with certainty that we are capable of so much more than we can imagine and that we can tap into this well of superpower, healing ability and wisdom through connection to Divine Self and Nature. She is passionate about creating safe and supportive spaces for people to explore, expand and deepen their experience of being.

Having been through her own health struggles and near-death experiences, Ja’s lives the transformational power of the magical reality of yoga and pranayama every moment. Ja welcomes you to journey with her beyond all self-imposed limitations. “We are nature, complete and whole... we simply need to awaken and activate our multi-dimensional Self,” Ja says.
