Kati Patino
Yoga came into her life about 10 years ago to balance the constant movement between, travelling, surfing, skiing, climbing, backpacking and hiking through mountains, white water rafting, and all the endless adventures.

After several years of falling in love with the asana practice, she then opened a yoga studio with her mother and began the next venture into creating yoga retreats with a travel yoga organization.

In so many aspects the breath is exactly what we need to live this life purely and freely. Allowing the breath to guide each movement and becoming fluid in the practice of asana becomes a magical exploration of presence and beauty.

As a teacher Kati brings balance through breath, teaching her students the four pillars of yoga; strength, mobility, flexibility and stability as fundamental building blocks for dynamic movement for each individual. Yoga is an internal science that brings unity of the mind, body, breath and integrity to the soul.
