An adventure retreat to ignite your inner light through the practice of yoga and meditation.
Join yoga teacher Sarah Lindgren in Akureyri for a deep dive into discovering your luminous nature on this week-long journey. Where you will have time to nurture your curiosity and quell your thirst for exploration both inward and out in this relaxing spacious landscape of Northern Iceland.
Our journey will include daily yoga, meditation, and contemplation. We will also take time to explore the unique Iceland Yoga Retreatlandscape that surrounds us. Feel free to engage in day trips such as hiking, horseback riding, thermal baths, or whale watching. If you wish for more time to turn inward, know that you can always enjoy the spa services or take a nap in your cabin. In the evening we should have beautiful views of the Northern Lights unobscured by the light pollution of larger cities. You can expect to enjoy three nourishing and healthful meals each day that are carefully crafted to support your body and mind as we move through this explorative time together.
