We will kick off our mornings with daily Boot Camp overlooking beautiful views and feasting on meals with all fresh ingredients. Our days will be filled with hiking and seeing the amazing sights Costa Rica has to offer! The evenings will be relaxing and refreshing.
Our Boot Camp sessions will consist of high-intensity intervals using cardio (running/walking), functional movements, and strength training. Our strength training will be performed using whatever equipment or man-made materials are available to us. Cardio may be on the sand, on a trail, stairs or any other surface we can find. Functional movements are generally any and all bodyweight movements. Encompassing all these ideas . . . you will get an amazing workout every morning.

What's included in the package
- 6 nights accommodations (1 night at an airport hotel and 5 nights at the Retreat Center)
- 3 meals per day starting with dinner on the first night and ending with breakfast on the last day
