Summary

Take a sabbatical from daily life to join Karina Ayn Mirsky and friends for an epic adventure to Greece!

During our time in Greece we will start each morning with guided meditations and daily yoga asana classes. The afternoons will include plenty of free time for Spa services, relaxation and exploration of the local shops and culture. The local restaurants are so highly acclaimed that Karina decided to allow her guests can take advantage of the region’s delicacies at lunchtime. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the center and are included in the retreat price. Lunches will be purchased separately at the participant’s discretion. Our evening programs will include ceremonies, satsangs (lecture & discussions), yoga sessions and other special group activities.

The outward focus of this retreat is to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Mediterranean and in ancient Greek culture. The inward focus will be to connect to the calm, clear, center of consciousness, to not only be mindful in the present moment but also to evaluate the direction we want our lives to head in. We’ll do a creative project to affirm this intention.
