Daily practice sessions are a balanced offering of Hatha Yoga, Mobility tune-up, Functional Movement Essentials, Restorative Yoga and meditation, all held in a gorgeous studio, open and full of light, with unique architectural design. This retreat is suitable for all levels of practice and experience, as all the practices will be taught with modifications to suit each level.
You will be able to relax and rejuvenate at this gorgeous eco-retreat center set amongst Spanish gardens with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the neighboring mountain range. After the morning yoga classes, you can spend your days exploring the expansive gardens with exotic trees and plants, an olive grove, vibrant fruit orchard, extensive herb and vegetable garden, and charming sculptures. Take the time to view the many birds, tortoises, and other wildlife that thrive in this secluded oasis and swim in the beautiful solar heated pool. We will enjoy and be nourished with the delicious organic and sustainably sourced food, the majority of which is grown in the gardens on site!
