This is no ordinary Retreat. In addition to being treated to expert daily yoga lessons, beautiful scenery, a beach, and gourmet cuisine, you will also be climbing in the world’s sport climbing Mecca of Kalymnos, Greece!
Sandra Berlin RetreatDuring daily Yoga for Climbers workshops, Sandra will be teaching how yoga can benefit your climbing performance, both physically and mentally, through strengthening and injury prevention exercises, movement and balance drills as well as breath and mindfulness work. She will also aim to show you how to incorporate yoga into your climbing routine, with warming up sequences in the morning and cooling down in the evenings.
For the climbing, the group will be joined by our highly experienced local guides, who, alongside Sandra, will be showing you around the most scenic crags on the island, as well as some of their mega classic routes.
Level: The retreat is suitable for every level of climber/yogi, but in order to make the most of the trip you should be able to lead 5a as a minimum.
