Often times we get caught up in our routines and we start to feel like robots. Wake up, work, eat, play, sleep. There might be some spontaneity every now and then. You might go on a vacation every couple of months with friends or family. But how often do you get away with the intention to disconnect from your normal routine and reconnect with yourself and with nature? As humans, we are creatures of habit. Routines help us to focus and to spend less time thinking about what to do but when you exert too much energy towards your job, your family and other commitments, you begin to grow disconnected from the source.
costa rica yoga retreatThis retreat is your invitation to escape from your day-to-day responsibilities in order to get more acquainted with yourself. We will wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of nature. Yoga and meditation sessions will occur every morning and night. You can expect a fusion of styles like Hatha and Kemetic yoga to strengthen your connection to your divine self. Nature walks, beach trips and other excursions will fill your day, as well as, beautifully curated nutritious meals, time for rest and self-reflection through journal prompts. During our stay, the full moon will reach its peak and we will bask and dance under the moonlight.
This retreat is for you if you enjoy nature, yoga and if you work hard and don’t take enough breaks. It is open to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. There are no prerequisites to participate. Come as you are and leave feeling revived and rejuvenated!
What's included in the package
- 5 nights (1 night at Airport Hotel and 4 nights at Retreat Center)
- 3 meals per day starting with dinner on the first night and ending with breakfast on the last day
- Group Ground Transportation to/from San Jose Airport to Retreat Center
- Daily yoga practices
- Personal retreat time (having time to nap, explore, walk, read, and just be)
