Teachers

STACY DIGREGRIO
Stacy is a former studio owner and Chicago transplant who traded in snow for sunshine in Tampa, Florida.

During her twenty years of practice, she has developed an incredible passion and love for yoga and meditation and finds deep joy in sharing it with others.

Over the past seven years, Stacy has been an instructor to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and now teaches private yoga and meditation classes for teams, businesses, and individuals.

Her teaching practice is based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and she is currently on the teacher-training pathway for Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), which was started at Google.

In Stacy’s free time, she loves to hang out with her husband and two crazy dogs. She is a self-proclaimed empty nester that enjoys spending time with her kids when they get the chance! Her other passions include discovering new music, drawing, kayaking, going to the beach, cooking for friends, and traveling the globe.

PAMELA J. ALEXANDER
With over 20 years of corporate leadership experience, Pamela understands the impact stress can have on one’s life. At this stage in her life, her mission is to ease stress in the world by providing people with tools and techniques that enable them to cope effectively with modern-day stressors.

Pamela is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, meditation Instructor, and wellness educator. She teaches mindfulness-based interventions, leads mindfulness retreats, and offers mindfulness courses focusing on mind-body medicine and wellness.

Pamela graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and received her MBSR Teacher’s credentials from the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s, Center for Mindfulness.
