Join Barb and Claire in the heart of the Rocky Mountains for a week devoted to self care through yoga, nature and community. Embrace the Big Sky vibe by unplugging, setting everything aside, and reconnecting on a deep and transformative level to your dreams, goals and visions. This weeklong retreat, set in astonishing natural landscape of the retreat center and its grounds, will allow opportunities to hike, explore and just BE. The fresh Montana mountain air will reawaken your sacred relationship to the Earth and inspire the creativity and passion to live with purpose and stability in any circumstance.

Each day will begin with a playful, dynamic asana practice to energize and open your body, mind and spirit. Each afternoon we will embrace a luxuriously deep relaxation practice to unwind, de-stress and heal. All practices will combine asana, breath work and guided meditation as well as the chance to break down and explore the practice workshop style.

Each retreat participant will also receive a private life/health coaching session with Barb or Claire and the opportunity to attend several lecture and discussion sessions introducing and exploring functional medicine and nutritional genetics. Plenty of free time will be offered for you to explore, socialize or simply relax. Optional excursions will be offered to help you experience Montana, including longer hikes, guided rafting and more.

Barb is a devoted yoga student, teacher and coach. She is a co-founder of Indigo Yoga, where she has directed the Indigo Teacher Training Program for the last 7 years. Barb holds a B.A. in Philosophy and she is a former litigation attorney. Now a full-time yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and yoga studio owner, she is certified at the E-RYT 500 level and as a continuing education provider (YACEP) through Yoga Alliance. A lover of travel and explorer of life, Barb leads workshops, trainings, and yoga and self-discovery retreats nationally and internationally, in Europe, Asia, and South America. Barb is truly passionate about yoga as a tool for compassion, self-care, and deep healing on all levels. She brings humor, compassion, and wisdom to all of her heart-centered practices, which blend yoga, breathwork, and meditation with wisdom and compassion. She considers it an honor to teach and serve others through yoga, coaching and travel.

Claire Good has been teaching yoga since 2012. She is also a Health and Wellness Lifestyle Coach, blending a holistic approach to coaching with yoga and meditation interventions. Claire teaches yoga classes and workshops for all levels of practitioners. She integrates both ancient philosophy and modern science in her teachings. Claire helps her students repair their nervous systems, and anchor in their calm, steady center by harmonizing body, mind, and breath. Claire creates a client-centered, supportive space for self-reflection and self-regulation, where the client gains access to the clarity and confidence needed to make healthy decisions and manifest the lives they long for.
