Second Sunday of the month, 5:30 – 7:00 pm
We are currently holding joint Mindful Teens and Dharma Bodhis meetings.
This program aims to create a safe, joyful space where teens learn mindfulness to support inner discovery, clarity, and a deeper connection with others. After a guided meditation, participants discuss topics that feel alive and meaningful, typically including relationships with friends and family, stress, intentions, identity, and more, while also making room for fun and connection.
We are currently making changes to this program. Please check for updates.
