Enjoy a nourishing blend of yoga, wholesome food, countryside air and deep relaxation in a beautiful setting, with a special Soundbath event on Saturday evening.
Upcoming dates: July 17th–19th 2026 — dorm and camping spaces available.
Join Charlotte Watts for a long, luxurious weekend designed to help you recharge, unwind and release stress in a truly stunning location set within an area of outstanding natural beauty. The programme includes two yoga sessions each day, with the option to take part in a silent walk, a nutrition talk and evening mindfulness meditations. You are also welcome to simply enjoy the countryside, rest or spend time chatting with others.
The yoga practice changes through the day: mornings are more energising and opening, while later sessions become more relaxing and restorative, with an optional late-night meditation. The teachings are somatic, exploratory, restorative and meditative, with influences from Feldenkrais, Qi Gong and other approaches that move away from focusing on achieving specific shapes or goals in asana. Through embodied awareness, the weekend invites you to notice, with kindness, the habits and expectations we may keep returning to in work and personal life. See the full sample programme below.
On Saturday night, there is an extra treat: Ruth Summers of Dao Natural Health will lead a Therapeutic Soundbath. Let the rich sounds of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, rainsticks and therapeutic percussion wash over you, supporting relaxation on every level — physical, mental, emotional and energetic/spiritual. The experience encourages calm in both body and mind, inviting a deep state of relaxation similar to meditation. The sound creates a kind of conversation with the system, offering space for greater clarity and the possibility of profound transformation.
