Designed as a seasonal reset for autumn wellness, this retreat offers a peaceful space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself as the pace of the year begins to soften.
As autumn arrives, it brings a natural invitation to rest, reflect, and restore. This yoga and walking retreat in Wales has been created for anyone looking to step away from daily stress and welcome the season with a clearer mind and a more grounded body. With crisp coastal air, time in nature, and nourishing plant-based meals, it offers a gentle reset for body and mind.
Set in Anglesey, this retreat combines energising yoga, guided coastal walks, and the calm atmosphere of the autumn landscape. Surrounded by the beauty of North Wales, it is designed to support a deeper connection with nature while helping you feel refreshed, restored, and ready for the months ahead.
Guests stay at the beautiful Plas Cadnant estate, a restored historic property tucked into a peaceful valley with views of Snowdonia. The accommodation blends character and comfort, with elegant rooms, a dedicated yoga space, landscaped gardens, a private waterfall, and tranquil outdoor areas to enjoy throughout your stay.
Meals are seasonal, plant-based, and inspired by the flavours of autumn. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients such as root vegetables and hearty grains, the menu is designed to nourish, support immunity, and provide steady energy for your retreat experience. All retreats are alcohol free.
Enjoy guided walks along Anglesey’s coastline, where sea air, wide views, and the sound of the waves create a refreshing and peaceful experience. These 2-hour walks are suitable for all levels and offer a wonderful way to move, clear the mind, and connect with the group.
Morning and evening yoga sessions are shaped by the grounding energy of autumn. Through mindful movement, meditation, and breathwork, you’ll work to release tension, build strength, and restore balance. The practice is designed to support detox, renewal, and a calm sense of wellbeing.
To deepen your relaxation, a selection of massage therapies is available from the in-house therapists. These treatments are intended to ease tension, support flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed and fully restored.
Anglesey is a peaceful island off the north-west coast of Wales, known for its rugged shoreline, sandy beaches, and rolling hills. Its natural beauty creates an ideal setting for a walking and yoga retreat, offering space for stillness, connection, and inner calm.
