Where did these teachings come from?
About 2,200 years ago, the great spiritual master Patanjali outlined the path of Self-Realization in a clear, step-by-step way. His profound aphorisms, known as the Yoga Sutras, describe the universal inner process of yoga, or union. In this retreat, you’ll explore the eight-limbed path through introspective exercises, affirmations, visualizations, discussion, and meditation practices.

From self-doubt to distraction, the mind can create barriers that keep us stuck. The Yoga Sutras identify nine common obstructions and offer methods for moving beyond them, helping you progress with clarity and confidence.
