YogaMea is a registered yoga school. By taking part in this beach retreat, you may become more flexible, improve physical strength and health, and release everyday stress and worries through the practice of yoga.
With guidance from experienced instructors, you will be encouraged to care for yourself more deeply. Drawing on years of experience, this retreat has been shaped to help you relax and clear the mind.

The retreat includes two daily classes of Hatha Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Morning sessions are more dynamic, while afternoon sessions are gentler and more restorative.
Excursions can also be arranged to nearby medieval villages, food and wine tours, and sightseeing. Nearby destinations include San Marino (1 hour by car), Venice (3 hours 45 minutes by train), Florence (2 hours 45 minutes by train), and Rome (4 hours by train).
