We are delighted to welcome Jacqui Fownes and her Yoga & Nature Retreat to Wild Heart Spirit Heart.
This experience has been created and is led by Jacqui, and we are grateful to share our space in support of the retreat she is bringing to life.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature
Wild Heart Spirit Heart is a truly special place, held with love and intention—an oasis of beauty and uplifting energy for healing, personal growth, rest, and renewal.
It is here, in this place of deep connection, in the heart of BC’s forested mountains along the Tulameen River Valley, that we will gather.
We will slow down and attune our innermost being to nature’s quiet, powerful beauty—opening our breath, bodies, minds, and hearts to the light of our spirit.
Breathe with the trees.
Practice yoga beneath the open sky.
Lie on the ground and watch the clouds drift by.
Move through mindful asana, pranayama, deep meditation, and healing samadhi.
Walk the labyrinth with intention, accompanied by the sound of crystal singing bowls and beautiful chanting.
Enjoy the cleansing refresh of the sauna and cold plunge.
Savor meals that celebrate nature’s abundance—sourced from the vegetable and herb gardens and fruit trees, prepared with care, and shared in the outdoor dining pergola.
You will be free to move at your own pace, with plenty of spacious time simply to be.
Watch the koi swim in the serene pond and waterfall.
Wander through the chakra gardens, rose, lavender, and willow groves.
Explore forest trails.
Spend time with the animals.
Connect with others, or choose quiet time alone to journal, rest, and breathe deeply.
This retreat offers a sacred pause—
a return to connection with the earth,
and to the gentle, loving union of your deepest, authentic self.
“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.”
