Align your energy and awaken your joy
Deep within the astral spine are the seven chakras, the body’s energy centers. When they are balanced, energy can move outward with vitality or inward and upward toward spiritual growth. When they are out of harmony, it may show up as emotional fatigue, mental distraction, or a sense of disconnection. This retreat offers a gentle space to restore balance so that energy can rise naturally and joy can return.
