Guided by Helen, participants will be invited to experience simple tools and techniques drawn from yoga and somatic movement, with an emphasis on meeting individual needs and honoring each person’s unique experience. The retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and discover how mindful movement can support balance, ease, and self-understanding.
