Spend seven remarkable days and nights in the intimate company of coaches and healers who, like you, are called to serve in ever-deeper ways. This retreat brings together people who are willing to share their passion for the work, as well as empathy, vulnerability, honesty, and the tender places that are still waiting to be witnessed, released, and healed.
Throughout the retreat, you will strengthen your coaching mastery and expand your ability to do deep work with trauma and grief. Your hosts are “emotionally brave people who have been there”: Howard Stanten, Michael J. Kline, and Erin Wright. Erin Wright is an RN, PCC, and Co-active Certified Professional Coach. Howard Stanten is PCC and a Co-Active Certified Coach. Michael J. Kline, known as The Enoughness Guy, is a Master Certified RIM Facilitator.
This is not only about learning about grief, loss, and trauma. You will take part in real practice sessions in both the client and coach roles, so you can return home feeling confident and ready to use your new skills right away.
You will receive:
Along the way, you will explore the role and importance of ritual, learn the principles of creating agreements in Sacred Circle, and examine different types of trauma and the ways they remain hidden beneath the surface. You will also discover your own activators and learn how to reduce their influence, deepen your capacity to hold others’ emotions, and build confidence in discussing grief and trauma within a coaching context.
The retreat also covers the 4 F’s of trauma and how to navigate them while coaching clients toward greater emotional well-being. You will learn how the Emotional Operating System functions in the body and how to invite more self-healing into any session. You’ll also discover what the nervous system appreciates about coaching and how to use that to your client’s advantage—and your own.
With tangible skills to learn and a supportive container to help you come home to who you truly are, this retreat offers both depth and transformation.
