This women’s immersion is designed as a deeply supportive space for those navigating perimenopause and seeking meaningful transformation through psilocybin, ceremony, and integrative wellness practices. With an intimate maximum of 8 women, the experience is intentionally held in an eco-luxury setting in Costa Rica, allowing for privacy, personalized attention, and a strong sense of community.

Across 8 days and 7 nights, participants move through a carefully structured journey that combines sacred ceremony, energy center restoration, somatic tools, breathwork, yoga, voice activation, and guided integration. The program includes three uniquely designed psilocybin journeys, one heart-opening cacao ceremony, and an exclusive 5am sunrise ceremony paired with a 2-hour sound healing experience and live medicine musicians.

The retreat is especially suited for women who feel depleted, disconnected from their bodies or intuition, or ready to release old patterns that no longer serve them. It is also for those who have explored yoga, breathwork, or microdosing and feel called to go deeper into healing, self-discovery, and embodied empowerment.

Journey Highlights

• Days 1–2: Root and sacral work focused on grounding, safety, survival patterns, grief, shame, and creative flow

• Days 5–6: Throat and third eye exploration through voice activation, truth discernment, manifestation, intuition, and inner wisdom
