The Waves of Grief Retreat Costa Rica offers a shared space to gather in community, honoring, expressing, and witnessing grief in a moment when more room is needed to grieve, heal, and remember our common humanity.

We arrive with many kinds of grief. Some are mourning the loss of a loved one, while others carry quieter losses—shifts in identity, relationships, or the future once imagined. This retreat welcomes it all. Here, we care for what hurts within us with gentleness and at our own pace, while being reminded that we are not alone. Together, we practice presence, connection, and openness, allowing grief and love for life to exist side by side.
