Step away from the noise of everyday life and into the quiet wisdom of the forest.
Walking the Path is a four-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect through the ancient practice of labyrinth walking, guided nature immersion, gentle movement, and meaningful community.
At Seven Springs Retreat Center, the land itself becomes a teacher. Forest trails, hidden springs, and mountain vistas offer space to explore your own life journey with curiosity and openness.
Through labyrinth walks, forest bathing, journaling, and creative exploration, you'll reflect on where you've been, where you are now, and where life may be inviting you next.
No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or labyrinth walking is requiredβonly a willingness to be present and curious.
Throughout the retreat, participants will engage in guided practices designed to cultivate reflection, creativity, and connection with the natural world.
Experiences include:
Time is intentionally built into the schedule for rest, reflection, and quiet exploration of the land.
Retreat Highlights
"I went to Seven Springs for a Labyrinth, Yoga, and Nature Bathing and everything was amazing! The natural beauty of the landscape seems to embrace the beautifully decorated culturally themed yurts and common areas. The Labyrinth is wonderfully tucked into a hillside in the woods, with a stream running opposite the hills. It is a special and sacred space, as is the spring Mary showed us!
The accommodations were fantastic! The yurt was very clean and comfortable, and I slept soundly to sounds of night critters! The food was also delicious, abundant, and very healthy!
The retreat owners and program leaders/instructors were also very good at what they each do! They made me feel welcome and at peace from the moment I arrived, and like family by dinner time. This place is a hidden gem!"

Jessi Townesmith
Jessi was born and raised on the land of Seven Springs. She completed her first YTT200 in 2007 and her YTT300 in 2012. She co-founded Kula Collective Yoga School and Seven Springs in 2015. Jessi has always loved to combine elements of dance and natural movement with traditional yogic sequencing. She incorporates attention to rhythm of the breath, and allows for organic movement to flow in each pose. She is passionate about anatomy and physiology and especially women's health.
Her first son was born in 2018, and since that time, Jessi has dedicated herself to learning more about birth and birth keeping, as well as focused on creating support circles for women. She has trained as a Birth Doula and Post-partum Doula, and she is passionate about Pre and Post Natal Yoga.
Most of all, Jessi believes yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit every woman, and while the asana practice may have brought her into the yoga path, Jessi now enjoys exploring the subtler aspects of the yoga journey through ceremony and circle.
