Explore an active garden and fruit forest featuring more than twenty fruit trees, including Jamaican apples, jelly coconuts, soursop, mango, and more. You will also take part in an interactive herb tour and may even harvest your own Seamoss when available.
Each day begins with a ginger shot, followed by 2 fresh juices made from fruits and vegetables grown in our garden for breakfast and lunch, plus 2 herbal teas freshly picked from the garden.
Healing excursions take you to notable Jamaican sites such as the hidden Frequency falls and Peters farm, with optional additional excursions available to Vital black sand beach and St Thomas hot springs.
There is also time to connect with like-minded guests, pick your own wild fruits, herbs, and vegetables in the Vital Garden for future breakfast and lunch, and enjoy plenty of space for relaxation, exploration, and reflection.
Guests have access to the yoga studio and gym, as well as swimming and snorkeling in our manmade beach pool. A complimentary yoga class is offered when available, with additional classes available for purchase.
You may also spend time with the green cheek conour parrot, a beautiful stallion horse, and other pets on the property, or enjoy two 10 minute tube riding boat excursions, with additional rides available for purchase.
