A 3-day digital detox and nature retreat in the Smoky Mountains, Tennessee, designed to help participants disconnect from technology and daily stress in order to fully relax and reset. The experience takes place at Seven Springs Retreat Center, a peaceful forest sanctuary surrounded by mountains, springs, and nature.
The retreat encourages guests to turn off phones, WiFi, and distractions, allowing space for rest, silence, and presence. The program includes gentle yoga, guided meditation, forest bathing, and mindful walking practices such as labyrinth meditation.
Participants also take part in nature immersion experiences, including silent forest walks and time spent in natural surroundings designed to reduce stress and support mental clarity.
Accommodation is provided in comfortable yurts, and meals are simple, nourishing vegetarian dishes shared in a community setting. Evenings often include group gatherings and time around a fire for reflection and connection.
Overall, the retreat is designed as a short but powerful reset to help people slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves through nature, stillness, and mindful living.
