
A 4-day transformational yoga and wellness retreat set in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and return to a more balanced and intentional way of living. Hosted by Free Spirited Wanderer, the experience takes place in a peaceful, nature-rich retreat environment surrounded by forest, mountains, and quiet outdoor spaces that support rest and reflection.
The retreat combines daily yoga sessions (including Vinyasa, Hatha, and restorative practices), breathwork, meditation, and guided workshops focused on personal growth and self-awareness. Participants also engage in experiences such as hiking in the mountains, cacao ceremonies, intuitive movement or dance, and fire ceremonies, all designed to encourage emotional release, clarity, and deeper connection to self.
A strong emphasis is placed on holistic living, including Ayurveda-inspired practices, mindful eating, and time spent in nature. Guests enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals and plenty of free time to rest, journal, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings of the Smoky Mountains.
