Himalayan Institute Retreat Center
For more than fifty years, the Himalayan Institute's Retreat Center has welcomed people seeking inspiration and a renewed sense of inner balance. Home to a vibrant community of yogis, it offers a place to study the ancient tradition of yoga and deepen one’s connection to the world around them. Whether you come for a weekend retreat, a personal getaway, or a longer program, your time here supports rejuvenation and transformation.
We value simplicity in every part of life, from the surroundings to the approach to yoga. With fewer distractions, there is more room to strengthen the inner self and settle the mind. Grounded in authenticity and philosophy rather than frills, this environment supports meaningful growth.
