Instead of being encouraged to live as whole people, we are often praised for pushing through on empty. This retreat invites you to pause and reflect on what it truly means to honor your humanity, make room for others to do the same, and embrace a more sustainable way of living in partnership with our Creator.
Throughout the day, you’ll have space to slow down, receive the gift of simply being, and nourish your body, mind, and spirit. The retreat includes learning and practicing the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine, along with creative and healing practices. Together, we will prepare delicious, nutritious plant-based recipes and explore how the way we feed ourselves can align with God-purposed food packages. We will also practice connection with one another and with creation in a safe and grounded environment.
