Tibetan Pulsing Yoga is a traditional practice that uses the heartbeat’s pulse to help release blockages on the mental, physical, and emotional levels. Through a positive input, subconscious patterns such as pain, suffering, and anger can be softened and transformed.
In Part I, the focus is on the masculine aspect within us, working with mind patterns shaped by difficult experiences from the past.
Each day, participants explore the nervous system circuit that vibrates with Mother Earth, gaining insight into its psychological dimension and attuning to its specific frequency. This is followed by partner bodywork, where you learn actively to recognize the pulse in particular points and allow it to guide the process. On the receptive side, you experience the energy of each circuit from within, connecting to a deep inner space and letting the current move through and transform negative charges.
The program also includes Eye Reading, where you learn to observe the eyes as a reflection of the state of the nervous system and consciousness. By recognizing the different marks present in the eyes and how they relate to personality, it becomes possible to step back from identification and discover your talents.
