Therapeutic camp for women "Rest. Indulgence. Change"

This camp is not only a holiday, but also an authentic experience, discovery and space for change!

A time of unique experiences through:

- Movement Meditation - for knowing the body, listening, moving, expressing oneself through the body
- Art therapy - expression through colours and shapes, visualisation
- breathing techniques - to relax, to let go of what is no longer needed, to breathe in change
- Gestalt practices - to increase awareness through relationship with self and others
- HORSE THERAPY - we will learn from the horses to be present in the here and now, exploring our own ways of contact, experiencing an authentic relationship - the horses are always themselves, accepting the other as they are.
(if it's not too cold - those who want to can try swimming with the horses...)
