7 Days of Vinyasa Yoga, Deep Sound Healing and Seaside Bliss

July 11 - 17, 2026

Set in the peaceful surroundings of YogApulia, this retreat unfolds among olive groves and the turquoise sea.

Join me and Alex Cole next July in Puglia, Southern Italy, for a week devoted to deepening your yoga practice, enjoying daily sound healing meditations, and learning how to play the Tibetan singing bowls.

This Retreat Includes ~

• 6 nights, 7 days in beautiful shared or private accommodations at YogApulia, a boutique retreat center surrounded by olive groves and close to the sea in the Valle D'Itria region of Puglia
• Delicious plant-based meals prepared by a private chef, with brunch and dinner served daily using locally sourced ingredients
• Energizing morning vinyasa flow with Jenny in a stunning yoga shala, fully equipped with mats and all props
• Magical evening Tibetan bowl sound healing meditations with Alex
• A special workshop on how to play the Tibetan singing bowls, led by Alex
• Access to the retreat center's salt-water swimming pool and sun terraces
• A day trip to beautiful local towns such as Polignano a Mare or Monopoli, including beach time
• A tasting of local wines in the charming village of Casalini
• Olive oil tasting at Masseria Brancati, where olives are grown and produced on site
• An afternoon in lovely Cisternino to explore the markets
• 2 relaxing days at stunning nearby beaches with clear turquoise water for swimming, plus chairs, umbrellas, and lounges available
• Group airport transfers to and from Brindisi Airport
