THE SECRET OF NATURE IS IN THE NATURE OF WOMEN

This week of the year is special - it is the time when Space is filled with the energy of the Sun, when herbs open their healing power. This is the sacred awakening of the MOTHER through the elements of Earth, Air, Water and Fire at the strongest time of nature.

Walking barefoot, praying, meditating, you will be filled with the blessing power of the Sun, you will connect Earth and Heaven, the Feminine and the Masculine, and you will regain your balance and inner peace. Through exercise, yoga and bathing, you will strengthen your physical health. During the Constellations you will turn to your feminine roots and your feminine nature. There will be many interesting encounters with communication, dancing, singing. Here you will experience feminine communion, but at the same time find time to be with yourself in silence in a separate space. The camp will culminate in an INIPI sauna ritual that will fill your body with health, your soul with light and your strength to share Love and tenderness with the world.

• Let's awaken and strengthen our feminine nature in the pure nature. We invite you to spend a special week of the year , with the longest day and the shortest night of the year, at the Forest Spa in Anykščiai district. In the Oasis of Peace in the Ramaškoniai Forest of Šimoniai Forest, surrounded by the Ramaškoniai Forest, you will be welcomed by all the elements: fresh forest air, the copper-coloured Beržuona River and the pond fed by forest springs, and a lively bonfire.

• A HARMONISING space has been set up in the oasis area. It is a place for personal practices: the LABYRINTH TO MEET THE ROOTS/Family Labyrinth - to meet the past to let it go with Love and Respect for the ancestors, and to reconcile internally with oneself. The seven-wheeled CLASSIC LABYRINTH OF DARNATION is designed to restore balance. Travelling on it reconciles the inside and the outside, the feminine and the masculine nature, the subtle side of us and the material. The Wheel of Paradise provides a sense of security as you travel through space, feeling the flow of life while staying in touch with your inner centre. It is a circle of life (reda) that connects the four cardinal points of the world, where we move from one space to another at a specific time (4 times a year).

• Traditionally, the Women's Camp takes place at the end of June, during the summer sunrise, when the nights are at their shortest and nature, saturated with sun and light, is thriving and growing. This is a special time: the herbs share their life force with us, and the herbs their healing properties. From the morning, we will wash with the dew of the cupolas, make cupolas in the Ramaškoniai forest and meadows, weave wreaths of herbs, and float down the Beržuona river. Solstice is the time of the summer crossing, so we will enter the Reda Circle with our new intentions and goals through the symbolic gate. The Midsummer bonfire will be lit and songs will be sung until midnight. On this night, the water has magical powers, and the ancients used to say that bathing on Midsummer's Eve makes people healthy and happy.

• CONSTELLATIONS - let this summer be dedicated to deep self-knowledge. During the camp, we will get to know ourselves more deeply through the practices of CONSTELLATIONS. A unique method enriched with Svetlana's personal experience and vision. Nature and the elements will help to strengthen the transformation processes. The camp will include the constellations of the Woman's inner world, life stages, family and tribe. The method of constellations allows you to Recognize, Feel, Encounter, Transform your rejected, hidden painful experiences, which are often expressed through the sensations of the physical body. In Constellations it is possible to see not only one's own painful experiences, but also the attitudes imposed by parents, ancestors, the environment, and to separate and liberate them. Constellations are led by a medical doctor, bioenergetician, transpersonal psychologist Svetlana Smertjeva.

• ART therapy with Inessa. Weaving as a metaphor for life. Like fabric, our life is made of many threads: experiences, relationships, decisions and coincidences. Some threads are strong and vibrant, others are thin and fragile, but they all intertwine to form a unique pattern. So during the camp, we will "weave" our own fabric from scraps of canvas, yarn and natural materials. From whatever your hand reaches out to, whatever invites you. We will create the symbolic fabric of our lives.

• During the camp, we will not only listen to the sounds of nature, but we will also enter the world of HOLISTIC SOUNDS, a journey into our inner spaces. Archaic musical instruments: The sound of the Cosmic and Earth gongs, Tibetan (Himalayan) bowls, various bells will help you to release tensions and fatigue, to fill yourself with peace and harmony. The sound of these instruments very subtly echoes the energy of the Ramashkoni Oasis and fills everyone with the harmony of natural elements and sacred sound.

• YOGA in harmony with Nature. During the camp we will be healthifying the Body with feminine, holistic yoga. In the fresh air, on the Earth, in connection with the elements, we will deepen the transformation processes, balancing the feminine energy with yoga asanas and deep breathing.

• We are often asked, " What about overnight camp?" We offer a wooden house for comfortable accommodation, you will sleep comfortably in rooms for 2-3 participants. However, you can also spend the night in a different way: closer to the Earth, observing the Sky, hearing the birds chirping, the trees rustling or the Birjuona stream gurgling. At the end of June, the Earth is so alive, so warm, so inviting. So you can bring your own tent and pitch it in the Reda circle, on the bank of a stream or in the thicket of a forest. • Have you ever thanked the Wind, the Sun, the River, the whole of Nature - the source of our life? How good it is to be in Nature at such a special time, when the Earth is full: full of rain, full of sunshine, and she generously shares this earthly, unconditional Love with her daughters, the women. It is a special time to stop, to live and to experience... If you are here or are about to come, your inner self remembers the Unconditional Love through which and with which you came to this Earth. • What is the Feminine, what gives the feminine qualities? Much of what we bring with us when we come to this Earth is initiated by our mothers and female relatives. The Earth, as the Mother of us all, puts all her feminine Strength and Power into the plants at this time of summer. During the camp, herbalist and natural cosmetics creator Vaida will generously share her personal experience and knowledge with us.

• The camp culminates with a full-day INIPI sauna ritual. Here, the elements of nature and the human being merge. A deep physical and spiritual transformation takes place. The Inipi bath will help you to face the past events, the painful programmes of your parents and ancestors that are stuck in your physical body. All the elements of nature and the special energy of Inipi will help you to release, let go of painful experiences and be born anew.

• All paths lead to a meeting with oneself. The essence and meaning of the camp is to meet the True Self, to remember who I Am. The Oasis space offers ideal conditions for this. From the fellowship in the Sisterhood Circle, you will be able to experience a hermitage with yourself: to sit down on the ground and listen to the babbling of the brook, to let go of stressful thoughts, past events and be IN THE FLOW. Or maybe you'll curl up with your tree, hug it, sit next to it, ask yourself questions and hear... a very subtle answer. In the middle of the forest, with such a starry sky, you will want to spend a few hours or even the whole night under the open starry sky: in a hammock, in a tent or just on a mattress. To feel Heaven and Earth, you have to connect Heaven and Earth in your Heart. This is the time of summer when nature shares, you can walk in the woods and meadows and intuitively discover the right herb to make you feel better during the long winter evenings. This week is a unique opportunity to be in competition, in meditation with yourself, surrounded by nature. The guiding force of the meditation is you, your Soul, your Heart filled with Love.
