With Matthew Brensilver and Beth Sternlieb, this retreat welcomes both experienced practitioners and those new to the path. Designed as a quiet space for inner reflection and renewal, it offers a supportive setting to step away from daily distractions and deepen your mindfulness practice.
Throughout the retreat, participants will move through a balanced rhythm of sitting and walking meditation, allowing awareness to settle in a natural and embodied way. The program also includes guided instruction, dharma talks, work meditation, and practice discussion, creating a thoughtful structure for both personal insight and shared learning.
Held in silence, the retreat encourages a more intimate encounter with the present moment while providing gentle guidance throughout. It is an opportunity to slow down, listen inwardly, and cultivate steadiness, clarity, and connection in a calm and contemplative environment.

The fees for this rate covers retreat costs, meals, accommodations in an A-Frame structure and if applicable teacher compensation (please refer to the program notes to verify). The A-Frame is a simple structure located in nature and a short walk on a well defined trail to campus. Each A-Frame has a twin bed, linens included, a side table, a cassette toilet and outdoor shower. This is a great option if you're looking for a quiet space immersed in nature, while still close and accessing the simple amenities of retreat.
