Ubud, Bali • September 3-12, 2026
Discover a women’s wellness retreat in Bali designed around the transformative power of connection: to self, to source, and to safety.
Self: Reconnecting with your body, breath, values, spirit, and beliefs.
Source: Whether you name it God, Buddha, Allah, Jesus, Mother Nature, the Universe, or Divine Energy, Source invites you to connect with a power greater than yourself and ground the energy of living. It is the sacred space within that supports a clear link to universal meaning and divinity.
Safety: This is the connection that helps you meet life as it is, while rising, evolving, and showing up authentically in every part of your life. When Self and Source are aligned, Safety emerges.
Connection is one of our deepest human needs, and alchemy is the powerful process of transformation, creation, and integration.
At the heart of this retreat is the breath, the deepest bridge back to yourself. You will be guided into your body and into self-inquiry, where you can reconnect with your center and your truth. Through energetic healing and bodywork, you will be supported in shifting, releasing, and finding inner stillness.
This is a space to drop in, play, laugh, process emotions, take up space, and be held by a small circle of women. Together, you will learn new ways to resource and support yourself from within.
These practices are designed to help you question old patterns and reframe limiting beliefs and fears that have held your mind and heart captive.
Bali is a dream destination for a women’s retreat, and this journey includes time to explore its natural beauty. You will hike, bike, and move through the jungle, jump into waterfalls, experience sound healing in ancient temples, meditate in the rice fields, and settle into a deeper state of awareness.
Adventure becomes a practice in courage, self-reliance, and curiosity.
You will sit in ancient temples, meditate with your ancestors, and honor the stories and pain they carried. This opens the door to deep surrender and transformation that can release generations of trauma.
Meditation is listening to Source. Prayer is speaking to Source. Together, these integrated practices make your connection to Source feel more tangible and real. No single method is prescribed; instead, prayers will be shared, yours will be welcomed, and you will pray together through chanting, prayers from different traditions, song, dance, and ritual.
Alongside science-backed breathwork and personal development tools, you will have the chance to practice daily and build rituals you can carry home, bringing greater freedom into your everyday life.
We are wired for connection. Purpose and meaning grow through our ability to connect with ourselves, with others, and with something greater. Here, you will step into authentic expression and vulnerable connection, letting go of the masks that have kept you from what you truly long for.
In this retreat for mental and spiritual wellbeing, you will share the journey with a small group of women in the jungle of Bali. There is a special calling that brings the right people together, and you will be supported every step of the way on your healing journey.
