This is not simply a training program. It is a three-year ceremonial apprenticeship designed as a mystery school, mentorship path, personal healing process, shamanic initiation, and leadership formation for those who feel genuinely called.

Completion of the three-year apprenticeship offers the possibility of becoming a sanctioned Plant Spirit Medicine Ceremonialist through The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition Lineage. It is a soul initiation rather than a certification.

Current Plant Spirit Medicine apprenticeship circles include heart-centered guides, leaders, and practitioners from Norway, Spain, Korea, and sacred lands across the Americas. Together, they form a diverse, international community answering an ancient calling.
Three years, one path
The apprenticeship unfolds over three potent years. Commitment is made one year at a time, and each year is a complete transmission in itself, honoring your timing, readiness, and sovereignty.

You will be supported to heal, awaken, build sacred relationship with spirit and the land, and strengthen your foundation as a ceremonialist.
Years Two and Three
These years mark the shift from personal healing into sacred service and lineage-rooted leadership.
Year Two is the bridge between worlds, where you begin offering ceremonial space to others as an initiated apprentice, learning to hold medicine space with humility, clarity, and lineage integrity.
Year Three is a deep initiation focused on embodied leadership, listening, and preparation for formal lineage sanctioning. Only after completing this pilgrimage and all apprenticeship commitments may you be empowered to professionally serve the sacred plant medicines with sanction and soul authority.

Enrollment for Year One is by application only. Space is limited, and the container is intentionally intimate.
Tuition for Year One is $5,999 USD. Payment plans are available, and a customized payment path can be co-created to honor both your capacity and the integrity of the container.

Robin Flynn and Darcy Kopas are ceremonial practitioners, mentors, and protectors of the sacred, with over 2,200 ceremonies and decades of cross-cultural apprenticeship between them.
