All-Inclusive Rates cover one person and include lodging, three vegetarian meals each day, and full participation in the program. Extra charges apply for additional people.
If you would like more time to rest, recharge, and go deeper, you may arrive early or stay longer with a flexible Personal Retreat. Add extra nights during registration.
Do I need prior experience with yoga or meditation?
Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels, including beginners.
What is included in the price?
Per-person pricing includes three vegetarian meals per day, tea, coffee, fruit throughout the day, daily yoga and meditation sessions, classes and activities, and lodging based on your selection.
What is not included?
Airport transport, additional healing services such as massage or spiritual counseling, and extra snacks.
Are meals included?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. Meal times are breakfast 8:30–9:30am (Thursdays 9:30–10:30am), lunch 12:30–1:30pm (no lunch on Sundays), and dinner 6:30–7:30pm.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4 pm–5 pm and check-out is 11 am.
What should I bring?
A flashlight, water bottle, yoga mat if you have one, journal and pen, uplifting reading material, sturdy shoes and sandals, comfortable modest clothing in layers, and optional sun protection or rain gear as needed.
What is the dress code?
Modest attire is requested to support the retreat’s inward-focused atmosphere. Longer shorts and sleeved T-shirts are preferred.
Can I bring children or pets?
Children do not usually participate in meals or programs, and pets cannot be accommodated.
How do I get there?
The nearest airport is Sacramento International Airport (SMF). Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is also an option. Both are about two hours away by car.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations or reschedules made 7 days or more before arrival receive a full refund minus a $55 processing fee. Within 7 days, the deposit is held as credit for one year, minus the same fee.
