“If one knew oneself to be precious, one would guard oneself with care. The sage will watch over herself in any part of the night.” — Dhammapada 157
This retreat offers a spacious weekend of deep care, reflection, and recalibration. Through meditation, qigong, and mindful presence, participants are invited to soften into rest, steady the mind, and reconnect with the heart’s natural wisdom. Rather than treating self-care as a luxury, the gathering explores it as a meaningful practice that supports clarity, balance, and resilience in daily life.
Held in the company of experienced guides, the retreat creates a supportive environment for slowing down, listening inwardly, and restoring one’s energy with intention. It is an opportunity to tend to yourself with attention and care, while also reflecting on how that inner steadiness can ripple outward into the world.

The A-Frame is a simple structure located in nature and a short walk on a well defined trail to campus. Each A-Frame has a twin bed, linens included, a side table, a cassette toilet and outdoor shower. This is a great option if you're looking for a quiet space immersed in nature, while still close and accessing the simple amenities of retreat.
