Reclaim the happiness that is already within you.
If you’ve been chasing joy only to watch it slip away, you’re not alone. Life may appear successful on the outside, yet inside you may feel weighed down by stress, mental overload, or the sense that something essential is missing. This weekend retreat offers a meaningful pause—a chance to reset, reconnect, and learn how to cultivate lasting joy no matter what is happening around you.
Drawing from the timeless wisdom of yoga and the latest insights from neuroscience, this experience offers practical, soul-nourishing tools to lift your energy and shift your mindset. Happiness is not about changing your circumstances; it begins with awakening to the joy already living within you.
