3-day retreat
All meals included
Daily yoga and meditation
This retreat is offered multiple times throughout the year. Upcoming dates include May 21–24, Aug 13–16, Sep 17–20, Oct 22–25, Nov 12–15, and Dec 10–13.
During your stay, silence becomes a sanctuary. As you step away from daily stress and constant stimulation, you’ll have the chance to listen more deeply and rediscover the quiet wisdom within.
Each day includes three group meditation sessions and instruction in Hong Sau, a timeless technique taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. You’ll learn practices designed to calm the mind and open the heart to inner guidance and soul intuition.
Daily Ananda Yoga sessions help direct your energy inward and support deeper meditation. Gentle and spiritually focused, this practice encourages both physical ease and inner harmony.
The natural surroundings also play an important role in the experience. Meditation gardens and a wild forest setting create a peaceful backdrop for renewal, with time to read, journal, hike, or simply rest in the quiet beauty around you.
Silence here is not isolating. In this supportive group atmosphere, you’ll feel the shared encouragement of others who are also seeking spiritual awakening and inner peace.
The retreat concludes with a heartfelt Closing Circle, offering space to share your experience, reflect on your insights, and receive guidance for bringing that peace back into everyday life.
