Arrival is scheduled for July 19 between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and departure takes place on July 26 at 12:30 PM.
Set on DMC land, this independent program offers children ages 10-16 a true outdoor sleep-away camp experience. Since 1984, young participants have returned year after year to enjoy time in nature, discover more about themselves, and become part of a caring community where people look out for one another.
During the week, campers step away from television, video games, and other urban distractions in favor of a simpler rhythm of life in a tent, surrounded by the natural environment. The experience is designed for those who are ready to embrace outdoor living and connect with the spirit of camp life.
This long-standing program has built a tradition of welcoming campers into a setting that values community, simplicity, and the restorative power of nature. It remains a meaningful summer retreat for children and teens who want to spend their days outdoors and their nights under canvas.
